My Name is Patrick Lightheart. I was adopted when I was at a very young age by an amazing family in Hamilton. Their roots are from a very small town in Saskatchewan. I could not have asked to have wound up with a better experience growing up in the midsts of a very dynamic and unique group of people. I am who I am because of them and I am putting this blog together so I can look at all the great memories I have with the people I love the most.
